Marsha Funk has served on the OTARMA Board of Directors for 6 years and brings with her an abundance of insight and experience. Currently, she serves as fiscal officer for Brownhelm Township, Lorain County and has been in the position for more than a decade.

Additionally, Mrs. Funk has served as both vice-president and president of the Lorain County Association of Township Trustees and Clerks. She is also a board member with Team Lorain County, a newly formed organization whose goal is to have the private and political sectors work together for the economic development of Lorain County.

Mrs. Funk balances her township and community responsibilities with her professional role as an insurance agent for State Farm Insurance. She has served in this capacity for almost 20 years.

Mrs. Funk has earned her Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) insurance designations through The American College, and is also a Series 6 registered securities representative. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a minor in Economics from Baldwin-Wallace College, located in Berea, Ohio.
