Mr. Frank Gliha brings a wide-range of talents and knowledge to the
OTARMA Board of Directors. He represents Munson Township, Geauga County
and has served as a Munson Township Trustee for more than a decade.
Other responsibilities directly benefiting Munson Township include,
serving on the Adhoc Education Committee to review academic excellence
and as Chairman of the Resident Advisory Committee to study annexation.
Mr. Gliha is active with the Ohio Township Association and serves on the
Executive Committee. Additionally, Mr. Gliha has taken a leadership role
with the Geauga County Township Association and was elected president in
2004. For the past 11 years, Mr. Gliha has contributed to the Geauga
Health District Advisory Council, as both secretary and president, and
remains an active council member.
When Mr. Gliha is not tending to
township and community responsibilities, he is an information systems
consultant. Mr. Gliha has a Masters of Business
