Mr. David Foglesong has been the Colerain Township Administrator since April, 1990. Prior to that he served as the Municipal Administrator for Golf Manor for nearly 15 years. Overall, he has more than 25 years experience in local government management. Mr. Foglesong graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Science, and a Master of Education Degree. He is affiliated with a number of organizations, including the Ohio Township Association, the Colerain Township Business Association (Executive Board) and the Hamilton County Township Association. In his free time he enjoys coaching and spending time with his wife, Robin, and their two children, Grand and Jarad.
Mr. Foglesong's involvement with OTARMA began with Colerain Township's sending out Request for Proposals (RFP's) for property and casualty insurance coverage in the fall of 1990. A representative of Burnham & Flower contacted him with a proposal describing the Ohio Township Association Risk Management Authority (OTARMA). The benefits of the pooling arrangement and the cost savings of the program led him to recommend to the Board of Trustees joining OTARMA. Colerain Township has been a Member since January 1991. Mr. Foglesong was appointed to the OTARMA Board of Directors in April 1993.
